Abstract
Transforming food systems: the FOODCoST project The FOODCoST project is focused on creating a harmonised method to uncover the externalities of food production and consumption. These hidden costs encompass environmental, social, and economic impacts. Thus, the objective is to redefine the value of food through tools, policies, and business models that point towards sustainable production and consumption in the food system.
