Abstract

La carcinose péritonéale est une maladie hétérogène. L’ascite maligne et l’occlusion sont des situations complexes qui doivent faire proposer une prise en charge palliative multidisciplinaire. La qualité de vie de ces patients doit être la première des préoccupations afin de proposer une prise en charge la plus adaptée au pronostic et à l’espérance de vie.
