Abstract

The article presents the results of a theoretical study of organizational and content aspects of developing a training program for specialists in helping professions to support the adaptation of women married to foreigners. The relevance of this program is associated with the growing number of interethnic marriages and the lack of research that allows specialists to understand the features of working with the social group under consideration. The study shows that the structure of the training should be associated with the main stages of adaptation, namely the “honeymoon”, the accumulation of contradictions, depression, integration, as well as a detailed analysis of the psychological difficulties that arise at these stages and the possibilities of working with emerging conditions. To best assimilate the acquired knowledge, it is proposed to include elements of gamification in the training program as a modern innovative tool for studying adults.
