Abstract

The dynamics of the number of students and the financing of training specialists at higher education for the investment and construction complex of the Russian Federation in the context of the scientific and technological revolution, and the accelerated industrialization of construction production are analyzed. It is noted that in the IX five-year period (1971-1975) measures were implemented to ensure accelerated growth in the training of specialists with higher education in the construction industry and the opening of new construction universities in the areas of new development. The sizes of the decline in the training of builders in Russia at the turn of the 70-80s of the 20th century are revealed.
