Traffic light food labeling

Abstract

The article discusses the feasibility and necessity of using the traffic light labeling and shows the history of its use in Russia and abroad. The advantages and disadvantages of such labels and the problems of traffic light food labeling are revealed. It has been established that such labeling is used in many countries, including Russia; the difficulties of its application in the Russian market are indicated.
