Abstract

This study seeks to examine how Ferreira Gullar manifests himself as a poetic subject, through literary landscapes built metaphorically, as a contemporary poet who reveals his fractures around the issue of exile. The article aims to analyze the construction of living metaphors in Na Vertigem do Dia. For this, it starts from a phenomenological look, considering its poetic experience, which reveals the poetic subject meeting with him in sameness and ipseity, in line with Ricœur’s ideas, that presentes metaphors as an extension of the senses in the reconfiguration of human time by the verb.
