Abstract
Građevine izolirane zemljom imaju ključnu ulogu u osiguravanju dugotrajne postojane temperature njihovih unutrašnjih prostora. Cilj je ukazati na činjenicu da zemljom izolirane građevine proizvode bolji toplinski učinak od onih iznad razine tla. Tipologija i računalna simulacija izvedene su za planinsku regiju Cipra. Analiza pokazuje da je ukupna potrošnja energije za zemljom izolirane graðevine niža negoli za one iznad razine tla.
