Abstract
Abstract The Central People's Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics agree to sign the following articles in order to develop the exchange of goods between the two countries: The transport of goods from the People's Republic of China to the Soviet Union and from the Soviet Union to the People's Republic of China shall be carried out in accordance with both parties' agreement and the list of goods prescribed in the special protocol. The governments of both parties shall guarantee the supply of the goods in accordance with the above-mentioned protocol.
