Abstract
In recent years, rapid population growth and industrialization in developing the natural resources in the most economical and efficient manner by a reduction in utilization of water resources has become compulsory. Limited water resources, sustainable development and water continuously, ensuring a high level of benefits, but the plants are grown in accordance with the favorable climatic conditions in the region are determine daccording to the seasons of crop water consumption amounts can be achieved by creating irrigation programs. This study was aimed to using the Penman-Monteith equation, between the years 2009-2012 in the province of Trabzon reference evapotranspiration calculated and months of the year depending on the values obtained were made to detect the change in the amounts of Et0.
