Abstract

The aim of this paper is to explain the connection between labor and citizenship in Fichte's political philosophy. The paper begins with an investigation of the ideas of human culture and political revolution. After that, the right to be able to live from one's labor is presented whithin the framework of Fichte's theory of the social contract. Lastly state regulations of human labor are presented as condition of citizenship.

Para evitar que la influencia de las cosas exteriores sobre la sensibilidad humana conduzca a un desacuerdo del ser humano consigo mismo, él debe transformarlas mediante su trabajo en productos realizados según conceptos, porque de ellas dependen sus sentimientos y representaciones.
