An analysis of the literature on the toxic properties of tamoxifen, which. characterized by high carcinogenic potential, embryo- and hepatotoxicity, adverse effects on the reproductive system of experimental animals
 both articles. The results of our own experimental studies show that that features of toxic action of drug in the conditions of epicutaneous and inhalation
 exposures include immunosuppression, rat liver dysfunction and the development of endogenous intoxication due to the accumulation of medium molecular weight peptides and
 products of lipid peroxidation
