Abstract
As well as the marked development of new technologies and new trends, it is up to the Law to get in tune with the aforementioned new scenario. In this sense, Sports Law is not the exception. However, due to the fact that we are increasingly aware of its great relevance, it requires a fortiori impulse management. We consider that it needs to be carried out in a comprehensive, systemic, interdisciplinary manner, so that Sports Law embraces sportsmanship. Consequently, in this delivery we carry out the development and foundation of our proposal.

Rumo ao desportivismo do Direito Desportivo contemporâneo: Agenda pendente e perspectivas na varanda da interdisciplinaridade. Resumo Para além do desenvolvimento acentuado de novas tecnologias e novas tendências, cabe ao Direito entrar em sintonia com o referido novo cenário. Por estarmos cada vez mais cientes de sua grande relevância, requer a fortiori o gerenciamento dos impulsos. Consideramos que deve ser realizado de forma abrangente, sistêmica, interdisciplinar, para que o Direito do Esporte abrace o desportivismo. Consequentemente, nesta entrega realizamos o desenvolvimento e fundamentação da nossa proposta.
