Abstract
The Neurodiversity Movement has made great strides in persuading against pathologizing of neurodiversity and instead for celebration and inclusion of neurodivergent people. Providing an appraisal of where we are, and where we should focus our efforts based on existing theory, this article considers the theoretical basis for achieving a neuroinclusive society through designing/redesigning human social and physical infrastructure for neuroinclusivity. Complementing and activating Double Empathy Theory, interrelated with Dialectical Misattunement Hypothesis, it argues development of relational (neurodiversity paradigm and ecological functional model) human-rights-rooted Triple Empathy Theory through interdisciplinary networks of research and practice can provide a neuroinclusive social and physical human environment. One supporting interpersonal dynamics which can propel reciprocal and dynamic attunements over time that provide the possibility of a virtuous cycle of increasing convergences in communication styles and interactions. Thereby reducing neurotypical dyspathy and neurodivergent adaptive morphing. Generating a culture where all neurotypes are empowered to achieve self-fulfilment.
