Abstract

This article explores the role of judges in mass tort litigation, focusing on the necessity of cooperation between the federal and state levels. It considers the significance of judicial cooperation and evaluates the current cooperative measures engaged in by federal and state judges. Finally, the article offers and considers an alternative strategy of institutional cooperation.
