Abstract
The effect of the total tunneling of electromagnetic waves through a three-layer structure containing a plasma-like layer with a negative permittivity has been studied. It is shown that due to taking into account the frequency dispersion of a layer with a negative permittivity, the total tunneling of electromagnetic waves becomes possible at different frequencies with an appropriate choice of the parameters of the three-layer structure. The effect of two-frequency total tunneling of electromagnetic waves through the structure under consideration is predicted.
