Abstract
A large myocutaneous flap obtained by filleting the lower limb was used to cover the defect resulting from excision of three extensive pressure sores in a single operative procedure. The procedure was easy and time saving. It has left the patient with soft tissue reserves in the event there should be recurrence of decubitis in the future.
