Abstract

Review of Russian and foreign literature about current treatment methods of circumscribed sclerodermia is presented. Authors examined 82 patients with circumscribed sclerodermia aged 20--75 years old. In all patients oxygen saturation, lesional microcirculation, and proteinogramm were assessed before and after treatment. In a group of patients who underwent complex treatment including infrared irradiation significant improvement of clinical and laboratory parameters was noted.
