Abstract
On the basis of the gauge theory of the spacetime translation group, Hayashi formulated the new general relativity in Weitzenbock spacetime, which is characterized by the vanishing curvature tensor (absolute parallelism and by torsion tensor formed by four parallel vector fields. This theory agrees with all the experiments so far carried out in the solar system. The static, spherically symmetric exact vacuum solution is given in the isotropic coordinate through giving the parallel vector field or tetrads as follows:
