Abstract

As offshore wind power is developing in the orientation of deep sea and open sea, the application of DC transmission in offshore wind power has become a hot spot. This paper establishes a small signal model of multi-terminal DC transmission system to explore the relationship between network topology and system stability. Based on the connection between network topology and system stability, the topology structure of the offshore multi-terminal DC transmission system after failure is optimized by establishing an optimization model. Through the analysis of calculation examples, a multi-terminal DC topology optimization method considering system small signal stability is obtained, which provides a certain reference value for offshore DC transmission planning.
