Abstract

The transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of the bladder is one of the most often diagnosed tumor and 95% of the tumors are superficial. In a review of the literature aspects of the surgical treatment and intravesical treatment are discussed. Prognostic factors and especially the carcinoma in situ and the T1G3 tumor are presented.
