Abstract
Organic Photovoltaic Polymers In article number 2100962, Hyeok Kim and co-workers proposed a top-gate field-effect transistor as a testbed for evaluating the photostability of organic solar cell (OSC) materials. This device test platform features a fluoropolymer gate dielectric to minimize the internal and external origins of photo-instability. In this testbed, the photostability of OSC materials can be simply investigated by monitoring light-induced mobility degradation with minimized extrinsic effects.
