Abstract

The significance of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of management in a multifactorial and multivariate corporate structure is shown. It emphasizes the need to take into account industry specifics when defining criteria and criteria for performance indicators. The conditions for the emergence of a synergistic effect at the intersection of the coincidence of the organization's performance in two manifestations are determined: as a production structure and social education. A structural and logical scheme of correspondence between the criteria and indicators of the organization's efficiency has been developed, which determines the dominant indicators of management in the production and social block of the organization's efficiency. The key performance management indicators of an oil and gas complex enterprise have been identified.
