Abstract

This paper presents the results of sea trials of a prototype bus designed for use in the Far North. The bus was developed on the basis of the Ural all-wheel drive vehicle. The tests were carried out in order to verify the effectiveness of the use of the pneumatic suspension system "with an opposite arrangement of longitudinal guide levers" to reduce the level of vibrations in the passenger compartment and in the driver’s seat in conditions of long-term traffic on roads of 4—5 categories. Keywords: bus, air suspension, tests, sensors, suspension arms, vibration level. Keywords: bus, air suspension, tests, sensors, suspension arms, vibration level
