Abstract
Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing interventions to the living quality of senile dementia patients. Methods Choose 60 cases of the community surroanding Intornational Peace Hospital Liao cheng, The cases match the AD, VD diagnosis standard of CCMD - 3 ( Chinese spirit ob-stacle classification and diagnosis standard, edition 3) . Divid them into research group and control group, giving mental social support, recreational activitg and athletics to the research group; giving family norsing normal regulations to the control group. Evaluate the results after 3 months, Respectively assessing and compa-ring the varity of every data before and after the interventions by MMSE, SCAQ, QOL, ADLand HDS meas-ures. Results The index of research group is obviously changed after 3 months'nursing interventions comparing with the control group and has statistics meaning (P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). Conclusion Comprehensive nurs-ing interventions can evidently improve the patients' cognizing ability, mental state, daily living ability and liv-ing quality.
