Abstract

Objective To explorre the correlationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy),Folic Acid,Vitamin B12,D-dimer and Primary Hypertension.Method Selected 75 example patients with Primary Hypertension and 30 example healthy persons as comparison.According to《The Guidelines on Prevention and Management of hypertension in china》,75 Primary Hypertension patients were divided into three groups:hypertension stage 1 group(23 cases),stage 2 group(28 cases),and stage 3 group(24cases).The serum hcy,folic acid,vitamin B12,and D-dimer content of each group were detected.Result Hcy and D-dimer had a positive correlationship with the risk stratification in hypertension (r =0.78,0.45,P<0.01).Folic acid and vitamin B12 had a negative correlationship with the risk stratification in hypertension (r =-0.38,-0.35,P<0.05).The content of Hcy [stage 1 ( 12.35 ± 4.21 ) umol/L,stage 2 ( 17..08 ±4.52 ) umol/L,stage 3 ( 31.75 ± 8.50 ) umol/L] increased with the risk stratification comparing to normal control group[( 9..22 ± 2.43 ) umol/L,P<0.05].The serum folic acid [stage 1 ( 7.50 ± 2.50 ) ug/L,stage 2 ( 6.45 ± 2.05 ) ug/L,stage 3 ( 5.89 ± 1.85 ) ug/L] and vitamin B12[stage 1 ( 260.15 ±86.25 ) ng/L,stage 2 (246.35 ± 72.30 ) ng/L,stage 3 (222.23 ± 65.25 ) ng/L] is decreased with the risk stratification comparing to normal control group [folic acid( 8.62 ± 2.77 )ug/L,vitamin B12( 315.64 ± 112.12 ) ng/L,P<0.05].D-dimer of stage 2 group[(0.49 ± 0.28)ug/ml] and stage 3 group[( 0.73 ±0.35 )ug/ml] increased with the risk stratification comparing to normal control group[(0.27 ± 0.16 )ug/ml,P<0.05].Conclusion Hcy level is a possible independent risk factor of hypertension.United determination of hcy,folic acid,vitamin B12,and D-dimer level has clinical significance for the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of hypertension. Key words: Homocysteine; Hypertension; Folic Acid ; Vitamin B12; D-dimer
