Abstract: Введение в государственные образовательные стандарты высшего образования учебного курса «Русский язык и культура речи» вполне закономерно, оно обусловлено недостаточно развитой коммуникативной и языковой компетенцией как абитуриентов, так и выпускников вузов; низким уровнем культуры общения, эклектикой в использовании форм и методов речевого взаимодействия English Abstract: Introduction to the state educational standards of the higher education of a training course Russian and the standard of it is quite natural, it is caused by insufficiently developed communicative and language competence as entrants, and university graduates; low level of culture of communication, eclecticism in use of forms and methods of speech interaction.
