Abstract
The real-time dynamic measurements of the electronic parameters of the liquid crystal is very important to obtain its continuous response characteristic and failure mechanisms. The conventional testing devices can measure only one transient parameter at each time instant. In this paper, the high speed processing power of DSP chip TMS320LF2407 is used for dynamic measurement. The FFT cycle integral sampling under the frequency continuous variation status is realized via real time frequency track. Combining the continuous adjustable high voltage AC signal source, the liquid crystal frequency and amplitude response characteristics and its failure mechanism are investigated. The least square fitting method is used to correct dynamic measuring error. Experimental results shows that the developed system possesses fast calculation and strong signal processing capability.
