Abstract
Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome (MRS) is a clinical entity which is characterized by the classic triad of facial palsy. Miescher’s cheilitis granulomatosa (CG) and lingua plicata. It is an intricate neuro-muco-cutaneous disorder and triad of this disorder is very rarely seen. Majority of the patients show facial palsy and cheilitis granulomatosa (CG) and sometimes, lingua plicata. Diagnosis of cheilitis granulomatosa is based on histopathological outlook. Herewith, we are presenting a case report of an 8 years old, pediatric patient presenting with the classic triad of Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome.
