Abstract

Various efforts are made by a person in order to obtain physical and spiritual health and survive against various kinds of diseases and their triggering factors. The composition of the drug, which often contains ingredients that are considered not to be in accordance with the Shari'a, has become the theme of a lengthy discussion in discussions about whether or not it is permissible to consume it. Among these are the ingredients contained in the measles and rubella vaccines, which are considered drugs mixed with pork, which is one of the animals that are forbidden in Islam. The concept of istilah is an attempt to find a middle ground between the various points of view among scholars regarding the law on consuming measles and rubella anti-virus.The discussion of differences among scholars regarding the law on the content of anti-virus compositions uses the library research method and the tarjih approach. The concept of Istilah using the Al-Taf'ul al-Kimiyaw method is the strongest basis for declaring that the Rubella vaccine is halal and holy. Thus, it can be used by Muslims. Despite the fact that the Rubella vaccine contains pig gelatin, the pig gelatin serves no purpose other than breeding.
