Abstract
The incidence of anemia in Indonesia is still quite high. Based on Riskesdas 2018 data, the prevalence of anemia in adolescents is 32%, meaning that 3-4 out of 10 adolescents suffer from anemia, the Aceh Nutritionist Association (Persagi), explained that there are still many cases of anemia in young women in Aceh and the number is high enough that it needs supervision about giving Fe tablets. The purpose of this study is generally to find out an overview of students' knowledge about the benefits of consuming blood-added tablets at SMAN 1 Teupah Barat in 2022. This research method uses a quantitative type of research with a cross-sectional study design. The location of this study was conducted at SMAN 1 Teupah Barat, Aceh Province. The study population was all students of SMAN 1 Teupah Barat, Aceh Province.The technique used was a total sampling of 156 students. The survey data were analyzed using univariate tests. The results of the study obtained that good female students' knowledge about the consumption of Fe tablets was 123 people (78.8%), sufficient female students' knowledge about the consumption of Fe tablets as many as 20 people (12.8%) and insufficient student knowledge as many as 13 people (8.3%).
