Abstract
The train control system connects the train equipment through the network and schedules in the control center to ensure the safe and automatic operation of trains. The present analytic models cannot describe the network topology to calculate the timely reliability of the train control system. In this paper, the single train communication network is considered as the research object, the queueing process in the server of the network is described, and the data transmission process is simulated by using OMNET to obtain the reliability parameter results. And the analytical solution can verify such results obtained by simulation. It can be found that as the arrival rate increases, the packet loss rate and queuing delay both rise. The example proves the effectiveness of the proposed reliability analysis of the train control system network using simulation.
