Abstract

Abstract The report presents the results of analyzing 13 sequences of the monitored galactic cosmic ray fluxes in terms of a lag of the variations in the fluxes relative to solar activity variations. Two lag components have been found that are due to rapid solar activity variations and to sign reversal of the heliospheric general magnetic field (the Sun's polar magnetic field). The dependence of the form of the galactic cosmic ray energy spectra on solar activity phases is discussed.
