Abstract

Two-pulse electron, spin-echo envelope modulation spectroscopy is applied to studies of alkali silicate glasses. The linear extrapolation method is used to analyze data on signal decay modulation for nuclear spin I=3/2. The spherical model was used to provide the number and the distance of Li ions surrounding the paramagnetic center. The results, for all the samples, are consistent with uniform (homogeneous) spatial ion distribution.
