Abstract
AbstractTime‐dependent behavior of a CPW line under optical modulation is characterized using a large‐signal vector network analyzer. The influence of the optical modulation frequency on the propagation of high carrier frequencies along a CPW is discussed in this article. Different operation conditions in time are defined for a CPW line under illumination. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
