Abstract
Most of this volume is taken up with the English translation of a revised and enlarged version of Mehlberg's famous Essay on the Causal Theory of Time, published in French in 1935. It is-in two parts, the first being on 'The causal theory of time in the works of its principal representatives' and the second on 'Duration and causality'.
