Abstract

ABSTRACT We report the time domain THz reflectivity spectroscopy results of lead zirconate-titanate nanotubes arrays standing normal to the Si subtrates. The observed reflectivity spectra correspond to the resonance dielectric dispersion, which is attributed mainly to the lowest frequency optical phonon typical for bulk PZT. The transverse phonon frequency is lower than in bulk PZT, most probably due to the influence of the substrate.
