Abstract

An 85-year-old with total gastrectomy and Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy experienced cholangitis. Transabdominal US revealed choledocholithiasis. Looping prevented the insertion of a pediatric colonoscope to the papilla for ERCP. EUS-guided antegrade stone removal was deemed more efficient than enteroscopy-assisted ERCP.
