Abstract

Summary Lp(a) may interfere with thrombosis and thrombolysis. We followed Lp(a) levels in 20 patients with acute myocardial infarction randomized to receive streptokinase (SK, n =10) or tissue-plasminogen activator (t-PA, n =10).
