Abstract
Background: The aim of the study was to present our initial experience with the use of intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute ischaemic stroke. We present results related to demography, time, and/INS; data on the clinical outcome of patients and compare the results with other studies (Serbian Experience with Thrombolysis in Ischemic Stroke (SETIS) and Safe Implementation of Treatments in Stroke (SITS)).
