Abstract
Vacuum oscillations of ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$ into ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\tau}}$ and either matter-enhanced or "just-so" vacuum oscillations of ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{e}$ into ${\ensuremath{\nu}}_{\ensuremath{\mu}}$ are generally invoked to explain the observed discrepancies in atmospheric and solar neutrino fluxes, respectively. In this paper, regions of the three-neutrino-flavor parameter space, compatible with the existing atmospheric and solar neutrino data (including the new results from GALLEX) within the vacuum oscillation scheme, are identified.
