However, the corresponding social problems are constantly appearing, supporting legal provisions that keeping up with the times should be the first, and the determination of the legal status of intelligent robot has undoubtedly become the premise of some specific regulatory measures. Based on the application of intelligent robot in medical field, providing electronic personality to intelligent robots would be an effective resolution, in this foundation, problems such as the right ability and legal responsibility, the tort liability would correspondingly get resolved. Intelligent robots undoubtedly help pushed advancement of society, so the development of law can’t just give up eating for fear of choking, it also should not be impeded the social progress. In a word, law is more and more important in intelligent society.
