Abstract
The model of ideal associated solutions is totally applicable to the thermodynamic properties of liquid binary metallic solutions with positive deviation from Raoult’s law. The model may be used to predict the thermodynamic properties of actual multicomponent solutions provided that the thermodynamic characteristics of the self-associates are determined independently.
