Abstract
14-MeV neutrons from a PW5310 Philips neutron generator were moderated in paraffin and from activation of solutions of NaI and AgNO 3 cadmium ratios of 128I and 108Ag were determined. Values of thermal-neutron flux at different moderating distances were also estimated.
