Abstract

We report the thermal transport coefficients of the single crystalline Co-doped BaFe2As2. Signatures of enhancement of the quasiparticle mean-free path are found both in the thermal conductivity and the thermal Hall conductivity in the superconducting state. Moreover, we find a residual T-linear term in the thermal conductivity possibly due to a finite in-gap state induced by impurity pair-breaking, compatible with a sign-reversing s-wave state.
