Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.The thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation material of the external wall of the port building is studied, and the optimum proportion of the heat-insulating property of the material and the thickness of the heat-insulating layer of the material is analyzed, and the construction of the invention provides a method for constructing a relationship model based on the self-correlation characteristic analysis of the thermal insulation performance of the outer wall material of the port building and the thickness performance of the thermal insulation layer of the material. The detailed experimental data is obtained to guide the design and construction of the external wall of the port building. Firstly, the material property and structural model of the thermal insulation material of the external wall of the port building are analyzed, then the calculation of the thickness of the thermal insulation material of the external wall of the port building and the mathematical analysis of the thermal resistance are carried out, and the thermal resistance detection model for the design of the thickness change of the thermal insulation material under different temperatures is given. And the test and the numerical calculation of the test piece are carried out. The test results show that the model can accurately analyze the thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation material of the external wall of the port building, the accuracy of the thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation material of the external wall of the port building is high, the construction cost is saved, and the thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation material of the external wall of the port building is improved.
