Abstract
AbstractThe thermal decomposition of iron(III) basic sulphates was studied. Decomposition of the hydroxysulphate was a single‐step process in the presence of carbonates of sodium, potassium and rubidium. In the presence of basic beryllium sulphate, however, the process involved decomposition of individual components. With some carbonates, the reaction was incomplete.
