Abstract

AbstractThe thermal conductivity of solid ammonia is measured by the linear stationary method with continuous visual control of the sample state. The measurements are carried out in the temperature range 28 to 114°K. The temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity is discussed. The experimental method described in this paper has previously been used when studying the thermal conductivity of solid argon and methane.
