Abstract

The introduction of the so-called /spl alpha/-forms for studying the behavior of electromagnetic field components in the vicinity of antennas with fractal properties is considered. The /spl alpha/-pole moments are specified. The differintegral form of the Pocklington and Hallen equations is obtained. A rigorous study of the transfer of energy and behavior of the wavefront in the simulated fractal medium is based on the application of new differintegral model of a space-time source. The relations characterizing the behavior of the /spl alpha/-form of wave packets are considered for the wavefronts produced by a pulsed source.
