Abstract
Chemical trends in superconductive transition temperatures in isovalent A x C 60 ( A = K, Rb) is parallel to those in isovalent Chevrel compounds B y Mo 6S 8 ( B = Sn, Pb). From these trends T c (Cs x C 60) is predicted to be 47 K, all other factors (such as x) being equal. This model also explains quantitatively trends in T c of cuprate sandwiches.
