Abstract
This article focuses on the development of applied education in the context of the new era of education. The theme word is set as applied universities. Based on the characteristics of applied talent cultivation in applied universities, the theme of "Liaoning Story" with regional cultural features is selected to explore the theoretical logic, methodological path, and communication implications of applied universities in telling and telling the story of Liaoning well. In order to provide more meaningful exploration for the cultural connotation construction and image dissemination strategy of applied universities.
